Food Handlers Course (Category A) – July 2012

Two 3-hour courses entitled Food Handling (Category A) (Handlers of Non-High Risk and Wrapped Food) are scheduled to be held on Tuesday 10th July and Wednesday 11th  July 2012 from 14:00 to 17:00 hrs at the University Residence, R. Mifsud Bonnici Street, Lija. These courses have been designed as a reaction to the Food Safety Act 2002 and are intended for all those who work within the catering and food preparation industry. The courses provide information about the principles governing food handling and the microbiological aspect, which is useful both for newcomers and those already working in the field.

Dates: Tuesday 10th July 2012 or  Wednesday 11th July 2012 (Three-hour course)

Time of lectures: 14:00 – 17:00 hrs
